Creamy Kale Smoothie

Add 1 cup of coarsely chopped kale, half a cup of plain Greek yogurt, one and a half cups of frozen pineapple chunks, half a cup of unsweetened almond milk, and one tablespoon of honey, and give it a good mix in the blender until the resulting delicious concoction is frothy and smooth.

Pineapple Smoothie Cereal ( With a Hint of Citrus)

Take one half of a cup of fat-free Greek yogurt, one half of a cup of frozen pineapple chunks, one tablespoon of vanilla extract, half a segmented navel orange, and half a segmented ruby grapefruit, and toss all of those bad boys inside a blender. After the mixture is smooth and froth, you divide it into two bowls, add more grapefruit and orange, maybe some coconut flakes, a couple of walnuts or cashews if you’re feeling dangerous, and dig in.

Blueberry Peach Smoothie

Put one cup of chilled milk (almond, vanilla, or soy), four slices of fresh peaches, a quarter of a cup’s worth of blueberries, a handful of kale, and a quarter tablespoon of cinnamon, preferably ground, into a blender, and let that baby spin until it’s nice and smooth.

Banana-Blueberry-Soy Smoothie

Add one whole and a quarter cups worth of light soy milk, half a cup of frozen blueberries, half a banana frozen, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract to a blender, and blend it until it’s frothy heaven.

Cream Oatmeal and Peaches Smoothie

Add in your blender half a cup of rolled oats, half a cup of Greek yogurt, half a cup whole milk, half a cup frozen peaches, half a cup of frozen bananas, and half a cup of ice, and blend it like Beckham (we apologize, that was terrible).

Passionate Pineapple Smoothie

Add 1 cup of pineapple chunk, one cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt, and half a dozen ice cubes. Put all that good stuff into a blender, and make it go brrrr until you have a delicious smoothie.

Milk and Honey Smoothie

For this smoothie, you need one and a half cups unsweetened almond milk, a peeled and sliced medium-sized cucumber, a cup of seedless green grapes, two medium-sized stalks of celery, also peeled and sliced, and a tablespoon of honey. Blend until you get the frothy fruits of this recipe.

Silky Skin Smoothie

For this recipe, you need a half cup of ice cubes, a half cup of whole milk Greek yogurt, a quarter cup of grated carrots, one tablespoon of delicious honey, another tablespoon of cinnamon, three apricots, two chopped and dried, and one fresh. Put these in the blender and let the magic unfold.

Lean, Mean, Green Machine

For the Mean Machine, you’ll need to add one medium-sized banana that’s been chopped into pieces, a chopped-up kiwi, one cup of unsweetened almond milk, one cup of spinach, one scoop of whey protein powder, vanilla flavored, and half a cup of coconut water. Then, blend it until smooth and frothy for the ultimate recovery drink.

Berry-Banana-Oat Smoothie

For this final recipe, you will need two cups of frozen strawberries, one full cup of low-fat vanilla yogurt, one sliced banana, half a cup of rolled oats, half a cup of orange juice, and one tablespoon of honey. Then put it in a blender, and let it pulse until you get the perfect BBO smoothie.
