INFRARED SAUNA TREATMENTS

Enjoy the many benefits that are associated with our exclusive infrared sauna imported from Italy. The use of infrared sauna for self-care has been shown to help with: detoxification, increased circulation, increase in collagen reproduction, assist in weight loss, help to improve mood, boost the immune system and assist in pain reduction. It is recommended for any guests with the following to speak with a doctor before using the sauna: severe cardiovascular or arterial disorders, asthma, severe kidney disease, severe circulatory problems, inflammation, tumors, epilepsy, pregnancy, in febrile states and taking medications. Recommended before to drink hot tea and not entering with an empty stomach. After treatment recommended to drink fluids to restore hydration. Best to not wear jewelry and avoid extended eye contact with the lights.
